The 17th Century coaching Inn, established 1639 in the heart of an historic port town - Kincardine. The Unicorn Inn was the birthplace of celebrated physicist and chemist Sir James Dewar (1842-1923), inventor of the vacuum flask, and the first person to liquefy hydrogen gas.

This innovation still exists today in the unique experience of the new Unicorn family run restaurant and bar, which can provide the ideal setting for any occassion.

The Red Lion Inn

A traditional family run inn which is the centre of village life in the Royal Burgh of Culross. This coastal village is a living museum of 16th and 17th century life, with many of its buildings restored to their former glory.
