Tide Times

There are several areas of the Fife Coastal Path which will involve walking along beaches and shorelines.

Path users must be aware of the dangers of rising tides and should always check the tide times before setting off. Most online weather sites have links to tide tables and you can find regularly updated times at the Tide Times website.

It will come as no surprise to you that the weather in Scotland is unpredictable!
Even in what we loosely term 'summer', the temperature at the coast can drop quicky as sea haar and winds increase.

Please ensure that you are appropriately dressed for your trip.
